Sharada Group of Institutions was founded by Tulunad Educational Trust, a name synonymous with quality education.

Over the past 28 years, we have enabled lakhs of students to enter into some of the best institutions in India and abroad. Sharada Vidyanikethana Public School was initiated in the year 2007 to ensure that traditional and progressive methods of learning harmonize with each other and bring out the best in every child.

Prof. M. B. Puranik is a veteran educator who retired as a professor in Botany in the year 2004. He is an idealistic, principled and assiduous man. He was a trusted protege and a staunch ally of our founding father, Late Sri G. Haridas Acharya, in building up the Sharada Educational Institutions right from inception. He succeeded the founder as president by his caliber and commitment, testified by his dedicated, relentless efforts, clarity of purpose and administrative abilities.
